She founded The Alliance in 2016 to help bring unity around the cause of kids & families in the Greater Sacramento Area and engage the community to get involved. Tiffany graduated from UC Davis in 2004 with a degree in Biology and an emphasis in Neurobiology, Physiology & Behavior. She earned her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from University of the Pacific in 2007 and still treats patients one day a week at Milestone Physical Therapy.

The Alliance is a network of agencies, non-profits, churches and professionals working together to protect kids and strengthen families.
